This hotel seems welcoming, the owner is nice just when you have paid the full amount.After he collects your money , you can definitely forget about them providing any service whatsoever.Towels were dirty, and room not clean. No restaurant or menu to order food.The owner seems friendly but complete opposite when you ask for any room service. The hotel is run within the owners home so no privacy, the family literally sits in the lobby as its their living room. Do not visit this terrible hotel, the owner is horrible and not accomodative.tq

I visited Amritsar last October and stayed in this hotel. it was a really peaceful stay as hotel is very near to Golden Temple. One can go any time and situation of the hotel is very peaceful. our whole family enjoyed a lot.

After paying Rs2000 advance for two nights stay, and providing full photocopies of our passports and visas, the owner threw us out back onto the street (with full refund) because we did not want to leave our passports with him and we questioned why full-payment was required in advance. This owner was simply rude and beligerent. When I said that it was not necessary to pay deposit with online booking, he laughed at us and ridiculed us in front of his family in Punjabi. I don't know what the hotel was like; we never got to the room. Dont stay here.

I visited amritsar in feb my preference was to stay in golden temple complex but there were no rooms available in all sarais a passerby suggested for this hotel and i immediately booked a room here as it was very very near and moreover completely homly affair and cooperative people really it was a nice stay

Its a good place to stay with family .completely family atmosphere .a close friend of mine recommended me this hotel as they use to visit amritsar in short intervals. Its neat and clean and above all very near to golden temple location very good
