Their super dlx rooms have beautiful valley view. Staff is very co-operative. Food quality is good specially tasty butter chicken. Enjoyed stay. It is advised to hotel that there should be Tea coffee kettle in the room.

Stayed here for couple of nights as part of our tour in Shimla.
Hotel is located little far off from city so you definitely need a taxi to reach there. there is literally no other building in the vicinity.
there was no room heater so it was cold.
Good valley view from the windows. Food was decent. since we were part of a big group ,transporation was not a problem for us but not sure if the hotel would arrange for a taxi.
Overall we had a good stay.
Worst hotel

This is one of the worst hotel that I have ever seen in my life. No television facility in room.. Need to pay extra for room heater. Worst manners of staff. The manager is very arrogant and misbehaving person. I would say that, if u want to experience a nightmare then visit this hotel. And also located 25 km away from shimla. Overall a worst hotel. Worst experience for me.

This hotel is around 25 km from shimla.
Location is bit lonely. But once you enter you will surely get a good feeling.
Pros
Good co operative staff
cleanliness and very good rooms with good view from window.
Good Food
Good for Family.
Cons:
Heater they provide by taking extra 200 Rs. are useless.
Superb views from bedrooms but not recommended if you are expecting a welcome on your arrival.

Having travelled for over six hours and fairly tired there was no welcome by the sultry staff. We were demanded to produce our passports and lots of form filling. We were further demanded to sit down and have our photographs taken, perhaps Indian Government bureaucracy but could have been handled gently.
The staff had little training how to deal with customer but once the formalities were complete and 'THE PAPER WORK' was done they became more human. Heaters were provided at extra cost.
THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD CONSIDER SOME TRAINING FOR THEIR STAFF. IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO BLAME THE STAFF IF THEY HAVE HAD NO TRAINING.
FOOD WAS BARELY ACCEPTABLE BUT THEY RECOMMENDED NEARBY SHELLETS HOTEL WHICH HAD EXECELLENT
