Accomodation had everything we needed. Bathrooms were slightly older than expected, however they were clean. I would recommend the buffet breakfast, although some some of the food ordered through room service was average.

Very central, good amenities, very friendly staff. Only downside was standard of air con in room. There was a stand alone unit in the room which was a little noisy. It also meant an inconsistent room temperature as the room key insertion activated power.

I choice this hotel as good location. I stayed 3 nights. The reception staff recommended us to have dinner in Stillwater. She try to make reservation as I haven't local sim and departure . Unfortunately, Stillwater is fully book so she try the other. However, her manager is coming and bad manner to stop her, he is very impolite and claim as no plan. It's bad feeling for us. About equipment, it is old. Specially, hair dryer is dusty and has bad smell.

Beautiful exterior and fantastic service, but in need of a bit of love inside! Rooms were spacious but very dated in furniture and the carpet was water stained - and not just in small patches. Air conditioner was a portable stand alone unit which was very noisy and just didn't quite cut it for the room size. Common areas were a bit hit and miss with the carpet in corridor on our floor very water stained and smelling musty. Buffet breakfast was delicious and apparently cheaper if you call down the night before and book in.

The hotel is nice but getting a little tired. There was some misbehaving patrons whom I he staff we’re managing well and proactively. Well done to the staff. The breakfast staff were very efficient. We would stay there again for convenience
