The staff is very good. Average property but well managed. Food was awesome. Value for money. The view from the rooms on the left side of the hotel is amazing. Just that the tap in our bathroom was leaking and they did not get it repaired. Otherwise everything was nice.

I do not have any reason to complaint; it was a wonderful experience staying in thetel. Every pic on the website is real, its we got. The hotel don’t have any locks except the bedrooms, so when you are out for sightseeing don't worry too much about your luggage bcause it will be safe. Mehraj and irshad was the persons whom were in-charge of our hotel and he took good care of us. You can trust each and every advice he gives you, or any other person in-charge of the hotel and one more experience at staying in this hotel you can panoramic view of dal Lake

Rooms were clean and pretty. location is good if you consider the proximity to dal lake but in night it can be tough to find as there are no proper street lights. And yes i would suggest you to have food outside as food here was not at all good. We got this hotel for pretty cheap by booking through goibibo.
