If u want to know the occupancy count here u should only count the number of staff. They are more than the guest. The number of men are too many and so if you have women with you, be ready to be looked on as a "we know what u are doing" scenario.
The food is over priced and their terms of spicy and oily imply , a that they just put half a spoon less of everything.
Not worth staying here, but there is no option too in this area.
The rooms were typically constructed years back and have lost their charm. Although they are currently u Sergio g major maintenance will be able to judge better once the same is over.until then, all the best living here.

We tried out the restaurant and the food turned out to be extremely ordinary but overpriced at the same time. It is not worth it to go out of the way to try out this restaurant. Even the drinks had lost its carbonation when served.

It's a restaurant with high quality food with normal charges. It's workers & rooms are also well managed.
It is located at the corner of Kolkata-Orissa & Kolkata-Mumbai Highway. It's a top rankings hotel in Kharagpur. Now it is in under construction for next floor.

The place is not worth even half the money you pay. Rooms are very small. Taps don't function. Transportation is a huge problem and the hotel exploits you by charging exorbitant prices for their car. Everything is overpriced but under delivered. The staff are not pleasant and lack proper understanding and common sense. Probably the worst place I've stayed in.

POur stay was very nice. The property is good and facilities are also very good. The food is very good and the quantity is substantial. One Room Service fellow named "Goya" made a big difference and ensured we got everything on time and as we wanted. While checking out, a short and fair fellow at the reception, possibly named Mukherjee, made the end very bitter. One of the currency notes I gave towards the final payment had a minor tear, not more than 2-3 mm and he raised a hue and cry over it and wanted me to replace it. It was unprofessional, illegal as per RBI guidelines and completely unnecessary. Mukherjeee should learn customer service from Goya.
