We stayed here for two night with family and kids. It was a beautiful place situated on prime location with great view of the pine trees. Food was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. Mr. Shami was polite and helpful. We loved the place. It was close to children park and open garden. Was a great stay.

I stayed with my family in a duplex room.It can easily accommodate four adults and 2 children.The view from the room is amazing and the food is good.The ambience of the room is 4 star which I will rate very good for a place like patnitop.The only problem is they don't have sufficient back up for electricity and sometimes you don't get hot water in geyser.
Rest everything is great.They have a children's park ,badminton and a small basket ball court.

Property situated in mid of hills is itself a Positive point. We stayed over night but must say the cleanliness , hygiene part was the most i would like to appreciate about. Staff were so customer oriented. Last but not least , the view from the hotel makes one fall in love with nature. The hills, clouds, morning chill breeze mesmerising beauty was all we've enjoy there. Property itself maintain the greenery,and beauty of Patnitop.

Very good duplex room, cooperative hotel staff and excellent view from the room.Food preparation is good and delicious although bit on the expensive side.The hotel has a small pkay area for childten also.

Awesome hotel with great decor, rooms and location. Needs to work on the taste of the food.
Also, the staff especially at the reception area should be more courteous and in a solution providing mode instead of displaying a "don't care" attitude
