Hotel location is the best with near to temple & marketplace.
Hotel is okay.
WiFi is very slow. Rooms are not well maintained. bathroom are a bit dirty.
it is not located on the main road, so have to search for the hotel.

This is one of the good budget hotel in Ujjain. Hotel is in walking distance from Mahakal temple. There are lots of shopping and fooding option near to hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with ac with basic amenities.

The Best thing about this Hotel is Its Location and Its room Service.
Its one of the Best Budget hotel to enjoy Ujjain trip. Neat and Clean room, supportive staff. Food is really great although it has tie-up with the Restaurent.
Hardly 100 mtr. from Mahakal Temple.

Located in the heart of city with 200mts distance from the Mahakaaleshwar Jyotirlinga and other famous temples in near vicinity of 1KM only. The rooms are decent in size but washrooms were not upto the mark as water leakage exists in the taps and faucets and small bathrooms with less or no ventilation. Rooms were also small in size with minimal walking space but this is not a major concern as we stayed there for spending night time only. Full day trips to temples, Indore and Omkareshwar was too tiring and felt good staying in the room at night with good restaurants nearby for dinner. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous and tried their best to serve the customer. All in all a good budgetary hotel or stay in ujjain for a holy visit. The only problem was hotel access which was not clean and too narrow with stinky access which was not at all good.

Nothing heritage about it, seems like a new hotel originated during recent Kumbh by converting a house. Has no restaurant, wifi does not work and no lift. The only plus is proximity to Mahakaal mandir and low price
