A lovely clean Alpine hotel run by extremely friendly folk. The food, four course evening meal and buffet breakfast, is delicious. The pool area is light and airy, perfect for relaxing. The sauna area is very small though.

We stayed 2 nights here over New Year. Loved everything about this hotel. Service was excellent and really friendly staff. Food choice was excellent. New Years Eve Gala was really enjoyable. Also enjoyed skiing the small local area of HochOetz. Hotel was served by a frequent ski bus to the Gondola station.

Our stay was wonderful.
The staff were so very friendly and helpful.
Our meals were very good including a vegetarian option.
Free fresh coffee available all day.
Super indoor swimming pool.
Excellent sauna, and infra red cabin.
We have every intention to return.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly both in reception and in the dining room. We stayed on half board for a week, food was great and the sauna and swimming pool were both clean and fine. The hotel was spotless, the only let dwon was the housekeeping in the bedroom - here the cleaning and removal of used glasses was not so good. Main grip was the bedroom - we booked the Junior South Facing Suite - not really south facing - but facing the road so some road noise, very basic alpine hotel room in need of updating, bathroom seen better times, lack of quality toiletries and mini bar. Above all my daughter had too sleep on the rock hard sofa bed and we on rock hard beds, we asked for harder pillows but the hotel only had soft ones! If you judge a hotel on sleep quality then this hotel failed to impress - none of us slept well!

Average hotel in the Soelden Ski area of Tirol. It is a 4 star hotel but they have restrictions on reception working hours and swimming pool. The swimming pool closes at 7pm so we had to go swimming to the Aquadome which I really recommend ( www.aqua-dome.at ) .
Rooms and restaurant are average too, but I would not stay at this hotel for more than one night.
