Average service. Location good near to bus stand & rly station. But old construction of building. Lift .. Horrible. Use stairs.food tasty . Attached bar smell all-over. Not good for family stay. Cleaning average.

Stayed here for few days. Location of the hotel is good. Very close to the railway station. Check in was smooth. Reception staff was very friendly . Rooms are quiet average, not too good not bad either. Since it was a solo trip so I did not had any issues.

Stayed here in a super deluxe room. The corridor was filthy. Room was not up to the mark. The staff is kind-of-good though. The hotel is nowhere near the image shown on their website. I demanded a room change and was given a room that did not have bathroom lock. Somehow managed to stay for 2 nights. The place does not have a good vibe as I found kind of rowdy elements staying next door. We could hear shouting, quarrels, cuss words from other rooms clearly. It was not a good experience. The hotel proudly display their 4.1 rating on goibibo that makes me not to trust goibibo ratings. I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel. Not good for family.

As I am regular customer from last since 4 year twice every month I use to come in this hotel,
I feel like a home
Service is good
Food is good and on request they provide me 24 hour check in check out facility.

We reached the hotel at 2-3 am, neither any service boy came to help for luggage nor they responded well. I can understand that they may be sleeping. But neither the lift was working nor they were answering the calls for room service.
Even the bathroom doesn't have the lock.. what kind of hotel is that..
I think I just wasted my money on that piece of S@#@
