This was my first visit to Mussoorie and to experience with comfort visited tripadvisor as usual to find Hotels suitable for my budget and location. As I do not want to stay far away from the Mall Road so was checking hotels on mall road.
After researching and reading reviews I zeroed down to Hotel Hmaers International for its location. And I was not wrong. It was indeed at great location. I mean you just walk out of the Hotel and you are on-Spot in Mall Road.
Below is my review of the Hotel
Pros :
1. Location. Right on the middle of Mall Road. You step out from the hotel and you are on Mall Road.
2. All Major restaurant, bar and Eating places nearby. Also shops are easily accessible.
3. It has now installed lift do going to floors is easy now.
4. I could not visit all rooms but I was upgraded to room no 107 in first floor which had a small balcony to and view of the mall road. Room was spacious and bathroom had hot and cold shower working perfectly.
Cons :
1. The hotel is under renovation and you may experiences some notice and water dripping. We did experienced once but on complain it was rectified immediately.
2. Restaurant under construction. They do have room service but the service could be delayed upto 30 mts. We did not eat in hotel although tried to order room service for food but did not got any prompt reply so we avoided it.
3. No dental kit in bathroom . Only one soap.
4. If you want your room to clean everyday you need to tell in reception while leaving your key.
5. As it is on Mall road you would be hearing lot of noise of tourist going up and down till late night. So it is up to you to select room.
6. As per location you need to climb steep road to reach hotel and it could be tiring. Especially if you are coming from Picture Palace barrier side. Rickshaw do not go upto hotel. Not recommended for elderly people if the plan to go up and down frequently on Mall Road.
Finally if you like to buy Beer or wine ther are few shops available on Mall road. One is next to Aggarwall Sweets towards Picture palace and other is next to Skating ring towards Library barrier .
There is one cinema hall called Ritz as well. And you can easily reach cable car which goes upto Gun Hill. It is 5 minutes ride and you can get Beer there as well. You need to ask though and it costs double.
So for me it was definitely pleasant stay an would love to stay there again and hopefully that time Restaurant would be opened !!

I think the only way to reach the hotel is with a personal car. Rickshaws don't go till the hotel. I was allocated room no. 201 which doesn't have the balcony and no hill view. I think hill view is available on the 4th floor only. No hot water was running in taps and pressure was so low that you can't use showers at all.
Towels were very dirty & old and they need to be replaced not cleaned.
If you are going from mall road to hotel, you will face a steep curve. I was with my mother who is a senior citizen, she faces problem in going up and down from mall road to hotel multiple times in a day. No dental/bathing kit.
Room ventilation was very good and you can feel the cold breeze all day long. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Hotel Hamers international is located on mall road.....very close to mall road..rooms located base on valley view....kitchen food is very best.....hotel staff is very nice and helpful....Hotel owner Mr. Abhishek Hari is very cooperative.....thanks Hotel Hamers International...

hotel hammers international is very good properity.we stay at hotel sub grace for two night and really liked the hospitality at tha hotel.staff is very helpfull and did not say no to any request.would recommend this hotel to anyone visting munsoorie.......

The place is located on mall road.. The property newly renovated 5 Star.. The staff is very courteous under the able guidance of there gm rajesh rawat. The rooms are very spaciouse and well kept.. The bathroom are good the view from the rooms is breathtaking as you sit in your balcony and enjoy a cup of tea looking down at mussoorie mall road. A must visit with your family..would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting mussoorie..
