this is a big hotel.i thought that the price of the room costlier.but the price is budget price.food is average.service of the staff are good.this is in paharganj.redfort is approx 2km from here.super delux room is a non ac room here.but in winter no need of ac.so i satisfied.

Rooms are clean (we got a room on the 20th floor). Comfy beds and good view.
Now to the not so good part.
Wifi is not free. Well, you get 4hrs complimentary wifi per day, which for business travellers isn't near enough. Luckily my conference was at another hotel that had free wifi. We also had several problems with the wifi on a daily basis and they had to send an IT everytime. Who was quick and helpful to be fair, but i wished I didn't need him.
No iron in room. I asked for one the first night but the ironing board smelled so bad! I had to place a towel under my clothes.
The second night I asked for one, the ironing board was better BUT the iron had a tiny chip on the side that snagged my clothes. At this point I had given up and just made do with what I had.
Breakfast buffet was average, but stay away from the donuts. Unless you like them stale.

The food in the cafe was not good. The tea was stewed. The coffee undrinkable. The breakfast breads were stale. The rest of the buffet was unappealing. The food on our first evening made my husband sick. (He had international food.) I would have preferred a smaller portion with more quality. No view from the room. It needs cleaning, new paint... After that the decor is perfect decor

I stayed at this hotel last month. Earlier, I had stayed at this hotel many years ago. The hotel has undergone many changes for better. Staff is very good. Location is great and close to Connaught place. Rooms are on higher floors and offer great view of New Delhi. Breakfast was good and offer good options. Free wifi was good. Nothing to complain.

Nice place to stay, breakfast was good with indian and continental types served, well rooms are bit small, ideal location, shopping center at walkable distance, easy metro access. Friendly staff, few rooms have issues, feel vibration on floor due to central air-condition located adjacent.
