Hans residency is just 1 km away from Charminar.. having nearby full of shopping.. it is just next to the Rajdhani restaurant.. and it is mid-range hotel meanwhile if we book it in MakeMyTrip gives more cheaper price..
tips:- As it is a mango season.. especially Hyderabad selling a best variety and cheaper mango in the city..

We were on food trail in the city of Hyderabad. The location of the hotel is in old city... Osmangunj. Charminar is just a kilometer away and interesting route to walk! Famous Karachi backery is also nearby. This is perfect economic option to stay in old city. Bus and autos are easily available for Railway stations.

Rooms are neat and clean, i feel like at home. Staff is professional and courteous too. Tariff is also less compared to same amenities in other hotels nearby. i stayed for 2 days. overall very good experience.

It was a very nice an comfortable stay with my family during last December. It is located in a very good place. The hotel staffs were trained enough how to behave with the guest. The rooms were spacious enough for three members. They arranged the vehicles for city tour on our request. The cab rates were also nominal. We have not ordered any food. So I cant comment on that.
The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel administration was also good. We checked out from the hotel on 3:30 am. But we didn't face any problem. The reception was open for us at that time. So, I recommend every one if you are searching for good budget hotel in Hyderabad then it is a perfect choice for you. And one more thing, the hotel is also very near to the famous bakery "Karachi Bakery".

A very nice and good place to stay, near old Hyderabad, if you can avoid the surrounding, Housekeeping in charge Ravi is very helpful. Others at reception not bother, as more Oyo rooms are opening with less rents , do these people need to care , as hotel is showing now some sign of wear tear , and mind no restaurant is there , but food is available through these peoples , fast , but good and nice otherwise.
