First shock no airport pickup after confirming this and that too at 10pm in the night. Luckily had a colleague living nearby who came out to pick me up, as first visit to Nagpur.
Very ordinary breakfast with poor service and very dirty chairs and floor. Breakfast supposed to start at 7.30 am but when I got there after the opening hours was still being setup.
For foreigners suggest staying somewhere else.....
Hopefully will not have to stay here again!!!

I guess it is renovated but need micro detailing. Rooms are big but noise comes from outside to disturb sleep. Locality is bit crowded and staff need grooming. Bathroom also have scope to improve. Okay for a short stay.

Never imagine such a worst service in this property. I am listing out the series of incidents happened till today:
1) They have taken all the clothes outside my bag for laundry and giving a bill. Further, it was informed in the reception I need to pay even though it's their mistake. Never seen that kind of stupid reception people....
2)No packaged water in the room when I enquired two bottles filled with tap waters kept in my room...
3) Morning breakfast- Asked for a dosa and waited for 10 minutes no response when I reminded again they asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. 20 minutes for a dosa unimaginable....
This is unimaginable.......

Visited this hotel n no doubt whenever will be in Nagpur will definitely stay here. Not less than any 5 star hotel with great food n courteous staff.Rooms are spacious and morning buffet breakfast is there speciality.

There are two banquet halls on the first floor (which are separated by a curtain), and maybe one of the top floor. We had organised a program in the banquet on the first floor. The service provided to us was awesome. The food was also very delicious (We had Saoji Kofta, Shahi Tukda, Pineapple Raita, etc. in our menu). The Saoji Kofta is worth a try. The rates are suitable. The ambiance is also soothing. Good for short parties, celebrations, meetings,etc. The staff is very polite and cooperating. The issue I felt was, there are no washrooms in the banquets, we need to go the ground floor for that.
