Decent rooms...good hospitality...
Good ambience...
Good thing is that it is located in the middle of the city...you can visit any corner of the city in just 1 hour...
Good accessibility to shopping places, restaurants...
Transport is never a issue...it is near to railway station as well..

The rooms are small but clean. A/c remotes and TV remotes generally are always out of battery as a rule but the staff is quite helpful and will be ready to help at the first sign of trouble. It has a pure vegetarian pantry but guests are welcome to order non-vegetarian food from outside. Bathrooms are pristine which is the most attractive point of this hotel for me. My major issue with the location is that it is located on a one-way street, so whenever I go out, even it is only to a nearby location I have to go for a 3km circuit trip before I reach back to the hotel. They offered 24HR checkin with no additional cost.

The hotel is at Abids market area which is one of the prime locations. It's far from Secunderabad but the location is good overall. Birla Mandir, Lumbini Park, Shopping Malls are all around place. We booked two AC rooms through Goibibo and we guess the rooms were not prepared as the AC ones. Upon reaching the hotel we produced the booking slip and the Manager, Mr. Bahauddin directed his guy to send us to the rooms. One room was spacious and the other was not that much. The second room had some bad smell inside as well. The AC was not working properly. On the midnight of the first night water drops stated to fall from the AC. AC in the other room was not even working on the second day. We complained about it but nothing was done. We asked the Manager to provide us a car for which we were charged 1400 for 8 hours. Again it was more than the standard charge which we came to know from the Driver himself. We booked the Ramoji trip through TTDC and hence we didn't need any assistance in that aspect. Overall the stay was pretty average or below average - I must say. But the rating is only for its location and well behaved customer desk.

This hotel is very good. Rooms are specious but from staff namely Mr. Madhav is very arrogant. He kept us on hold for more than half hour at the time of check out, at the time of check out he was asking for on-line booking voucher print out though I explained him fact that at the time of check in I have given all those details why he asking again. When asked him to give mobile number of owner Mr. Vishal Shah he refused to give me number. Really speaking if the staff of this hotel is well trained in that case the rating of this hotel will be increased very high.
