Rooms are nicely decorated and ambience of hotel was so great. I think hotel renovation was recently done that's why i didn't find any single mark on walls. Overall experience was good and as i am first time visiting Kolkata so, i need more specific information about the city different-different areas and in it Hotel Manager - Mr. SK Singh help me a lot on personal level..

Its a nice and budgeted hotel, rooms are well versed. Trained staffs, well groomed. My stay was nice for 2 days and food from the hotel is decent. Even transport, market in case a bit shopping is also very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for around a week with my family and we really liked the experience. The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The popular park street is nearby, so we were able to spend time there as well. Overall I'd like to say that we would love stay here again.

In recent my visit of Kolkata, i was finding a best and cheap option for stay in mid of city and my search end on Heera Inn........The experience was good but there're lot of improvements scope that need to be taken by the management

I can say Heera Inn Holiday is best option for those who aren't looking to spend so much money on their solo trip. The hotel service quality need to improve so, traveler can think to stay in hotel. Rest all the things was good .........
