I have visited this hotel with my family to see Kolkata on my way to Portblair. We stayed here for 02 days..Hotel is located near to all shopping n tourist locations...rooms are fine with all modern amenities, staff are polite nd go extra mile to help you . We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Heera International.

I have been visiting this last 10 years, an year back the hotel was looked like old age hotel , as they have renovated recently, now it is looking like a corporate hotel with new amenities and facilities . I was surprised with well appointed new rooms when i visited in January 2017. Service excellent as usual as i know everyone in the staff. Heera Restaurant is one of the finest in and around Park Street areas and Hotel Locations more advantage to all kinds of business traveler.

Visited Kolkata with the group of 40 persons on behalf of our Tours n Travels company. It was midnight 11 p.m ( coldest december night ) when we reached to the hotel. All our Group are damn tired due to hectic journey from orissa. Heera Hotel Staff are very attentive in the mid night they did very quick check in , managed to arrange the booked rooms without any confusion, great part is they did not messed with the baggage misplacing which usually happens when the group check ins, besides they did the food arrangements with in half an hour to all our group. We statyed their for 2 nights to see the city of joy n we enjoy the stay in heera hotel .

I am Madhav from Hyderabad, reached to Kolkata on 02.03.2017 early morning 05 a.m . When I reached to Hotel Heera Front Desk staff welcomed me with smile, with simple check in procedures they allowed me to go into the room by understanding long hectic journey. Room is neat and clean, Breakfast is good . I stayed there for 3 days , overall very satisfied by Heera Hotel services, I recommend to everyone who is looking budget accommodation at best service near by popular park street area.

I did not book a hotel before we landed in Kolkata in January, 2016. As a result due to the winter season rush, we found no reasonable priced hotels in Kolkata near the New-Market area. So we ended up in this hotel. We got room 105, it was dark, dirty and full with small cockroaches.
Hotel staffs were cordial. Breakfast was so so.
I hope hotel management will pay more attention to the cleanliness side.
