We booked this hotel to stay overnight on the way to thekkady. When we reached at 11 pm in the night ,tired from our journey we had to wait for our room to be ready and also they had not out the extra bed as we had requested them before.. with tired and cranky kids we had to wait for almost 45 min before we could settle in. The room condition was not great. The ceiling was chipping off . Bathroom was mediocre. We asked for tea and fresh lime soda. They didn't have soda ...the tea was the worst tea I have had in my life.
The morning breakfast was okay.
Glad we didn't have to stay long.

I visited MADURAI and stayed here on 8th September 2012 .
The hotel has a ample parking space and room free for drivers accompanied with guests .
The rooms are excellent in all aspects
Good ambience decor neatness and overall room service is good
Management is caring for guests convenient
The complimentary breakfast was awesome

Moderate hotel to live, No professional is handling in front office. No Customer Satisfaction. Poor ambience. Wash Rooms not Proper, water clogging.
Not fit for Family. Should give proper training to staffs to handle their Customers.

I am sivakumar Jeganathan from Chennai. i have stayed in this hotel from 23 May 2017 to 25 May 2017. This is the 4th time i am staying in this hotel. This time i have experienced many bad impressions & made me not to book this hotel in future.
Since i have checked in this hotel very lately on 23 May. They gave me very old room with bad smell. Room is very spacious but A/c capacity is not up to standards & norms to keep cool in few minutes. I have asked them for changing in to another room, but they have informed me that all the rooms are full & they can change the room on next day. I have shouted at them and made a complaint with makemytrip customer care.
After they have resolved the issue with makemytrip, they gave me another room with somewhat better amenities. Rooms are spacious but A/c capacity is less to cool the room in few minutes. It takes minimum 1 hour to keep cool the room.
Bed is very soft and sleep quality is good. Complimentary wifi is not working properly. Complimentary breakfast is damn waste. they did not improve anything new on it. Service in restaurant is very poor. Amenities inside the shower and toilet are very old fittings. It's not working properly and leaking.
Room service is very slow. Hotel staff are not kind and polite. They are very rude in nature and can't understand any other languages except Tamil.
There are 2 lifts in this hotel but the management keeps only one lift operational. Takes more time to travel to upper floors since every time traffic is more.
Overall very worst stay in Madurai this time. Please never stay in this hotel...

We had booked two rooms 319/320for one day. While the 319 was nicely kept, the room 320 had missing shower panel, broken clamp of the faucet, lot of hard water scaling on all the fixtures. Room was spacious. The hotel is at a distance of 4-5 km from the main temple area. Breakfast mainly the southern styled , idlli, dosa, pongal , were good. The overall stay was pleasant and we could visit the temple and the town.
Swimming pool is on the terrace and we didnt find time to use it.
