This was one of the very desirable places to stay about 2 years back.
But I was surprised to see that it has deteriorated due to poor and unplanned maintenance of the hotel.
It is close to the bus stand and is not far from the railway junction. No issue about the location.
The hotel is in the fourth floor and there are theatres in the third floor.
Make sure to ask for a room that is not above the theatres. The noise is so much that you may need to stay awake with the audience until the show is over. The sound effect systems will ensure to keep awake through out.
The breakfast menu is reasonable and is not very detailed. You can enjoy if you go very early before anyone comes. Otherwise, nothing will be left and may need to beg staff to get your b/f. Staff may pretend to help and may give one or two items max. Suggest not to opt for b/f and may get a low rate for room.
Due to poor maintenance (may be no experienced staff available), the room may not be ready until you check in and call the reception. Non smokers, please ensure to insist on proper room. The room allotted to us was said to be non smoking but the smell was so much that the hotel immeditately changed the room on complaint.
It was all a bad experience for us this time. The toilet was leaking and we had to be innovative to use the health fossit.
If you are very careful about the prices, ensure that you get it in writing or mail. Otherwise, the dedicated staff may take you for a ride and you may have to check out with empty pocket. They will ask you not to use any other travel web site to book for better rate.
If you have your transport, please make sure that you come to hotel early in the evening to get a place which may be occupied by the cine goers. There is no charge for parking for hotel residents but the security is alert enough to collect money from you.
Things have deteriorated over time and appears to be ineffective supervision on the functioning of the hotel and makes us to believe that everyone is tying to make money for themselves.
It is still ideally located and a small property. A dedicated hand can do a lot to make best use of the place so that we can continue to use.
But for now, it is not advisable to go there. Better watch out and be careful if anyone intends to use.

Hotel is close to central bus stand and the station too. Rooms are decent and there is a 2 screen theatre in 2nd floor (Mangalam cinemas). Price looks reasonable and inclusive of complimentary breakfast which is surprising. Food was tasting good. Overall a decent budget hotel to go for

Recently we stayed in this hotel we booked 4 rooms good for staying staff Mr.SHIVA.RAJ,&SRIRAM are good with friendly behavior complementary break-fast also good serving staff mr.khanna and other also good family can stay hear only thing is it is in 4th floor even though staff will co-operate to bring luggage. This hotel is on the 4 th floor of a mall. This is budget hotel , good when you are on business visit, not good for family. Rooms offer no views. Suggestion to management: More light in rooms required. Restaurant is small and not great ambiance. There is a space constraints everywhere. Food quality is good.

Booked this hotel direct over phone at a good bargain below Rs. 2000. I have stayed in this hotel few times and the room ambiance, pillow quality and bed quality are good. The service is above average. Wi fi connectivity is not bad . This hotel is part of the Reliance shopping mall and multiplex not far from central location. In room coffee maker kit and free bottled drinking water are provided complimentary including breakfast.
