Wifi speed good, spacious room, clean & tidy hotel, tasty food,good hospitality polite staff !overall best hotel!Good staff!

Location - Located near to central parking area and bus stand.
Market and restaurants are very close so you have lots of dinning options.
Rooms have ample space. I wont say they are large but sufficient to spend night. We went in April first week and winter was still on. However we could manage with electric blankets in the room.
Staff was helpful and courtoues.
Food in not a good option to have here. Too much oil in food and limited options.
it has free wifi service but whole internet services were down due to issue in kashmir valley.

worst service It was 2-3 celcius. There is no room heater. I requested him to make it avaliable with extra charges; he said its not possible. Every budget hotel of srinagar do have room heaters. n how can he deny? Also, I had to leave this hotel earliest by 6;30 am as stone pelting was about to start by 8 am in anantnag. I requested him to give 4 cups of tea early morning he denied n said our restaurant serves after 7 am!

location of this hotel is good but rooms were not cleaned properly,our package included dinner so we took at the hotel ,food was not up to mark and need improvement as rotis were very hard to eate,management must see to it and try to improve it

This is a convenient option to stay at as it is budget friendly and the people who manage are very well behaved and helpful. its a convenient option as it is close to the market so getting there walking becomes much easier.
