We(family of 4) arrived on 20th Oct and were there for 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel is nicely located overlooking the mountains and offers nice view. The support staff is extremely helpful and it was nice talking to most of them. they are very caring and always ready to help. The manager was always helpful and thankyou Asadullah for taking care of us. The place is very quiet and my family enjoyed the stay here.

again stayed in Oct 17. I visit this resort very frequently.whenever I go, I find it more beautiful than earlier. just one advise to viewers, dont be afraid of Kashmir, go to Highlands park in Gulmarg and enjoy nature.what a view, what a service and what a quality of food. you want to enjoy all these things along with nice rooms then go to Highlands park. if you want to enjoy facilities of a 5 star hotel then go to khyber.
they offer you personalized services and also offer some sports including table tenis and snooker. this property is must visit. all rooms have chimneys which takes you to 30 years back, these days this is really rare. every hut has a big lawn and open area.
i am not able to understand why management doesn't do any marketing of this Gem

Great value for money. Comfortable rooms with dressing room & bathroom. Heating available if required. Great Kashmiri food. Relaxing lounge with wi-fi access. Great views
of the Apharwat range and Sunshine Peak. View of Harmukh possible on a clear day. Ideally located for Golfers

This british style hotel has retained the old world charm. Fantastic rooms, excellent views and good food. They have a bar which overlooks the valley and was totally snow covered when we went. They have cottages spread across the little hill which is owned by the hotel. The best view of Gulmarg !!

Though it is priced slightly more , it is still a very good place to stay. Food & restaurant good. Limited choice o breakfast. Service very good. Staff very polite & efficient.We enjoyed our stay. The staff expect tips for every service. Very poor occupation even in may. Charging Rs 20 per sheet printed in office is rip off.
