We booked this hotel online and it was a good deal. We were 4 persons and hence booked 2 super delux rooms. Rooms were ready when we reached. These rooms are available in new building called Annex. Most important is, this hotel is close to charring cross and some very good restaurants are available nearby, like Adyar Anand Bhuvan, Domino's and Pankaj Bojanalay. You don't need to spend on Auto to reach charring cross for having lunch or dinner. This hotel is also having own restaurant. Since there is no disturbance at night we can have peaceful sleep. Bathrooms are big, neat and clean. Hot water is available 24 hours which is important in cold climate. Only thing is cleaning part needs some improvement. For drinking water we need to remind them then only they will replace old water jugs. Overall it was very pleasant experience and will surely visit again.

New building for super delux & delux rooms and very cheap rate compare to other hotels. Walkable distance to botanical garden and rose garden. Have Good restaurant inside the hotel . I prefer online booking.

I had been to Ooty for work and I wanted a budget friendly place so this place seemed good nice rooms cozy lights in room food service food was also very average but tasty Proper facilities and good staff

The most disgusting staff😠we ever had meet..after having our advance paid booking ty dont have any rooms for us..tat means how unmanaged ty r... for what we booked the room in advance..:-! Shamless people..ty r not sorry for doing tis too
Guyz plz if u had done online booking here thn too u wont get the rooms here so plz beware before u come ....!!

we stayed in this hotel on april 2016. good looking rooms and good service. they arranged the site seeing trip to my family. more spacious and good looking annex rooms. we recommended this hotel to anybody.
