Location of this hotel is excellent, you can see the entire lake view from the room itself ( provided if you go for a lake facing room ). Though the getting into the hotel is bit difficult as the road from down stair is stiff if you go by walk. We had booked one Deluxe Lake Facing room which was excellent from every aspect. Room was specious and clean, was room was also clean and specious. There was a sit out space just outside the room where you can sit with a cup of tea/coffee and enjoy the lake view. Staffs were very good and polite. Food quality was great. So overall our stay at this hotel was excellent and I would strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers too.

I visited first time nainital and choose this hotel due to prime location on mall road, next to nanny lake. Location no doubt excellent. Food is also good although i tried only breakfast there. Rooms are old one but well maintained, recommended to renovate , especialy bathrooms, almirahs. Staff should be encourged to interact with customers. Staff at reception should be pleasant which is totaly missing.

Good Stay at Himalaya Hotel . Our stay was for 2 days and 3 nights .
We have got lake facing rooms and view from rooms and view from room was amazing.
Hotel staff and service is also good. we enjoyed our stay at Himalya.

It's a nice place to stay. Prompt room service. Neat and clean rooms with very good space.you will get view of lake from front of hotel. Some rooms have road side windows at ground level. That may cause privecy problem. It has a mini golf course.
Food is very tasty.

Visited in the month of August during rainy season.The hotel Location, Food, Pricing, Service , Amenities everything is awesome...The Staffs here are all very co-operative and are always ready to listen to you at any point of time. Big rooms with balcony from where you can see the beautiful lake of Nainital. Great experience.
