MakeMyTrip charged me luxury rate (4500 - for one night - 3 PAX) for this piece of junk.
- No Wi-fi,
- No Parking.
- No Food
- Room - Dirty/ No maintenance
- Broken Reception - under construction.
- Intercom do not function - so climb down 4 stories to get towels.

Paid the money to MMT in full - so no choice.

Location - inside lanes / by lanes - where you can not park a vehicle. in Sensitive area (There was some damage due to confrontation with religious procession).

Room (110 at 4th floor) - dirty and smelly, One Bed - with headrest made of clothing (dirty). Bathroom - both Indian style and commode next to each other. Faucet lying on the floor. Blanket - smelly.

Did not dare to start the AC.

Heaved sigh of relief when we checked out in the morning.

The duplex room alloted to us in first floor was poorly illuminated, so we opted for another room in third floor.There were only three rooms vacant at that time , of which we choose two rooms. All other hotels were fully booked following diwali holidays.So no other choice for us.

The room we occupied in third floor was not up to the mark. There were no wardrobes, no table, no chair, shabby curtains, shabby bed spread and towels. The wash room was so horrible.. leaking water taps, wet floor, WC flush not working.Very unhygenic conditions..
The service staffs were not that efficient to set right the things. overall it was a very very unpleasant stay and horrible experience...
