The hotel is great, very professional staff and luxurious setup and amenities in the rooms. The brand is well reflected on how this hotel is setup and how professional and friendly the atmosphere is.It is the best hotel in chandigarh

Beautiful hotel.Lobby interior is very elegant .Rooms are pretty specious and beds are extremely comfortable.Love everything about it..Hotel ambiance , class , luxury , everything is superb! And its the best hotel in Chandigarh...

Hometel belongs to the Sarovar Group and hidden inside the industrial area, the hotel claims 4 star category but i did not observe anything which makes it so. After staying there i felt the following:
> The price i paid for stay isn't worth for the superior rooms they have. The rooms are very basic with no luxury factor. The hotel must certainly work upon the pricing as better properties are available at much better rate.
> Beds are not comfortable and very small in size and length. Difficult for tall people.
> Location is good and also for mall lovers, there are couple of them near by.
> Loved the food and taste. Break fast spread could be better..though the available menu was delicious.. could not try the in room service due to over priced menu....
> Service was up to the mark.
> Over priced In Room Service, even a bottle of packaged water bottle was priced at whopping Rs. 125 Plus luxury taxes. Found this property near Elante, which was quite a good location since I was on a transit travel. I found the property to be cozy and well stacked rooms, Beautiful cupboard, helpful staff. However, the exit in the bathing area was an issue since the water outflow was very slow, hence i ended up taking a quick shower so that water does not get stuck, eventually all water got drained but it took time. The front office staff Ritu was very nice and dropped me till the cab since I was travelling alone. The view from the room was also nice and green. I am very thankful and happy to have booked the property.

A nice hotel with well lit rooms and great service. the room had a mini refrigerator a tea/coffee maker. The bathrooms were clean and the breakfast lunch and dinner buffet were lip smacking. Overall it was a great experience
