We only stayed for one day, but can only recommend this hotel, if you need a hotel downtown Wroclaw. Very nice and clean rooms with great view and perfect location in the old town, professional staff and very good food in the restaurant.

My friend and I stayed at the Park Plaza last weekend and had a lovely stay. The staff was welcoming and we got a nice room on the 6th floor. The breakfast was fantastic wth all kinds of bread, fruits and hot dishes. The service was great and the location of the breakfast close to the river was excellent. The hotel has a great location Close to the river and Close to the city center, Nice and quiet. The spa was also a great experience With a very good massage and great staff. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean and fresh. We will certainly recommend the hotel to Our friends and would love to come back.

Bar staff rude. Unable to use the hotel for an evening meal, too many coach parties I was told. A four star hotel should be able to cope. Front desk reception very helpful. Hotel clean, breakfast good. Nice views across the river and only ten minutes walk into the City Center.

This hotel overlooks the river and is an excellent position for visiting the town square.
The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable. There was a mini bar (extra charge for use) and we managed to store a few of our goodies in it. The safe was free to use as was the wifi.
The breakfast was excellent and the buffet (part of our tour) was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was not very welcoming, and never took the time to meet you with a smile. Not in the reception, not in the bar and not in the breakfast room. Rooms was ok but very old school. Breakfast was good.
