We were two families and booked two deluxe rooms. After looking at the rooms(which were extremely small, some lights not working and window latch broken), we decided to go for an upgrade to the suite rooms which were comparatively better. Service was awful and the staff were not at all friendly. Except for the good location there is nothing good about this hotel.

overpriced, food quality not good, cleaning is not proper, sevice is average, price is not as per the standerd, location is near m g road is only one advantage of this hotel.

We booked a triple room but the room was awful so we paid for upgrade to suite room much better than triple room. Food average. They also help with sight seeing cabs but are more expensive. Wifi was a joke.

We stayed in the month of March. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is not so friendly. Restaurant food is average. It i very close to MG Marg and Taxi stand which are two prime location. Can get better with more friendly staff

This hotel is situated at a prime location of Gangtok. It is near to the taxi stand and very close to popular M.G.Marg. We stayed here for one night only but found that staffs are quite cooperative. At ground floor they have their attached restaurant. The room which was assigned first was finally changed by them on request as we got some bad smell. Finally the room we received to stay was spacious but no clear view from window. But this is a common problem of many hotels as the area is quite congested. Overall fair impression for this hotel.
