As the title says the thing we liked best about this property is the location. Beautiful mostly residential street with some dining option very close and others nearby. Nice bar in the front lobby with limited hours (opens at 5). There is a restaurant which serves breakfast, which was pretty good. They really don’t lead with the fact they have dining.
Our room was a very large corner suite. It was nice but worn. We had two full restrooms which were both very very small. Combined they would make a good sized bathroom.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Would certainly stay here again.

I stayed here with friends on a short staycation and we really loved it! It was nice to be located close to the city center but still away from all the tourists along the Mag Mile. There are so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance from this hotel along Division and in the Viagra Triangle. It's also really close to the Red Line and easy to access other parts of the city. Furthermore, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed.

This quirky little hotel was just the right fit for my weekend with friends. It was close to everything that I needed to get to that weekend. We were able to get into our room early and we had a spacious corner room with a little sitting area rather than a standard hotel room. Would recommend.

Hotel Indigo was the perfect Gold Coast location! The room was adorable, Aveda products, clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A quick walk to Rush St. Right next to my favorite brunch spot—3 Arts Cafe! I will definitely stay here my next Chicago trip. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel on the night of October 25th. The front desk personnel were both personable and charming. especially Cookie. I like to think of her as my Hotel Mother. The room was on a high floor with a nice sunny southern view. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only problem I had was that one lamp had a burned out bulb. the bed did not look like it fully made up. There were two skimpy pillows. I called down to the front desk and was immediately provided with two more. The only other problem was the TV. I needed help from the personnel to use the controls successfully. The lack of stations to choose from was small. At night there no sounds and I slept like a log. The next morning I went down to the dinning room for breakfast. Excellent caring service with very good food. When I checked out and needed a cab the bellman sprang to action with efficient concerned service. I will definitely come again and recommend this hotel for all who appreciate value and service.
