The staff at the Indigo in Liverpool are by far the most courteous staff I have encountered at a hotel. The accommodation is what you would expect clean tidy etc. And the food in the restaurant is also of a high standard.
The staff really make you feel welcome.

Stayed at hotel indigo for 3 nights last week and what a fantastic hotel. Rooms lovely, fantastic shower, and the best breakfast i have had in a hotel also brilliant staff. Had dinner at the restaurant in the evening which was lovely. Would definetly stay at this hotel again.

Just had a 1 night stay in Hotel Indigo and cannot fault it.
Great price, lovely clean, modern rooms, best hotel shower I've ever used and a gorgeous breakfast served by friendly and efficient staff.
Won't hesitate to book again!

Visited Liverpool one of my favorite cities, stayed at Hotel Indigo, great hotel, very helpful staff, esp. Sam & The New Guy on reception.
The rooms are quirky & spacious working in the feel of the old cotton factory which the building was originally, this is in abundance around the hotel. The bed is comfortable & room has enough cupboard space.
Big fan of the walk in shower with it drencher, great strong water hits You & wakes You up.
We also had breakfast which was great, loads of choices, hot food & cold. Waiter / Waitress service, all very professional & helpful especially The Scottish Gentleman.
I will be definitely staying here again when I’m back in Liverpool.

We stayed at the Indigo with our son and daughter in law for the first time they had stayed there before and liked it and we found it to be very good , the rooms were modern and light with some quirky touches and it was a fun hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff and what ever you asked of them they sorted out without any problem plus it is very central and convenient for where ever you wanted to go in Liverpool and we would definitely stay there again plus it was very good value for money and they served an excellent breakfast which was included in the price .
