2nd time of staying at Hotel Indigo On The Bund and I love this place. The hotel has a fantastic location on The Bund right by the river. East to get to anywhere in Shanghai. Nice size hotel with great staff and great décor. The rooms are very good and very quiet. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Feels like an independent where the guest is not just a number but someone who is cared for. Fully Recommended and look forward to my next stay!

The moment you walk into this hotel you can feel the vibe and modern chinese design. It has a unique identity and character.
The roof top bar gives you an excellent view of the bund. And the steak resturant is top notch.

Wonderful hotel employees, who clearly are there to support you - excellent service. Beautiful rooms. Nice breakfast and lovely roof top bar. One negative was that the plumbing in the shower was blocked so the water levels rose quite rapidly meaning i needed shorter showers (but not the end of the world). Overall: highly recommend.

I booked through the IHG group looking for hotels in Shanghai; Indigo turned out to be amazingly surprising. It exhudes character, from the moment you walk into the lobby, to the breakfast, and to the rooms with spectacular views of the river and the city. All details in the room are attended to to maximize guests' comfort. The location is conveniently close to the Bund and a very short cab ride away from other attractions. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is on the south end of the Bund, 25 minute walk to the main viewing area. Close to dinner cruises. The restaurant serves a good selection and quality food. The room was a little small if you have large suitcases. Room quality was excellent and a large range in the mini bar. Staff very helpful and cheerful.
