Sometimes it is just perfect.
As IHG member I was slightly upgraded, which is always nice having espresso machine in the room and some chocolates as curtesy . The mini bar is free as well.
Nevertheless, the room was perfect with probably best shower you can ask for. Excellent breakfast, your choice of eggs without the pain to stand in a queue waiting for the chef to make it (and the smell) as they make your choose of breakfast and eggs... in the kitchen.
The service and stuff were all perfect .
Spent few times in StP this probably one of the better hotels I’ve been

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to St. Petersburg. Welcome drinks upon arrival, friendly staff, super clean rooms, pool and gym for free, even mini-bar in room is free. Design of the hotel is amazing. I would highly recommend Indigo in St. Petersburg!

The Indigo is St Petersburg is an excellent hotel. Not flashy and palatial, but incredibly good value for money, with well furnished, clean, modern, spacious rooms, and with wonderful staff. It has a very convenient location and the rooftop bar offer wonderful views out across the city. The wifi is fast and efficient, the lifts are swift and frequent, there is a pool, sauna and a gym. The free minibar of soft drinks is a lovely touch.
Given the price paid I would rate it as punching well above its weight. A credit to the Indigo brand and a relief after the run of decidedly average hotels in which I have stayed of late.
