I stopped here for one night. Very good value, clean, comfortable bed. It's located opposite the cathedral and next to a small shopping centre. It has a good restaurant, although the breakfast was limited.

This place has a great entrance, lobby, great service, great rooms, great breakfast, great showers and baths and a great bed. Only not great was location, but just a short taxi ride from everything. Great rates as well. Taxis are quite a bit less than Cali or other places. Staff is awesome. Nice minibar, affordable as well. Quiet. Housekeeping did some laundry for me. Full service if wanted.

Great centrally located hotel with modern spacious rooms and bathrooms which are well appointed. Friendly and helpful service from reception and porter in trying to explain things in English with my limited Spanish. Buffet breakfast had a range of fruit, cereal, bread, ham/ cheese and hot dishes. Just round the corner from the Collectivo service to the airport as well as 5/10 minute walk to the central markets with its fabulous array of fresh produce and vendors. Problem with hot water for the shower which took about 30 minutes or more to fix. Good value and location.

All the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped in. The price is very reasonable and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. I really recommend this hotel for its value and excellent service

The hotel looks a little dated, but the room was spacious and clean, not much of a view. It filled the necessary requirements for a 2 night work trip. Never got the wifi to work anywhere in the hotel though.
