my wife yesterday visited this hotel after booking it from katra. Booking person (rama tour n travels, katra) was very reliable and promised the best , comfortable, memorable stay in this hotel. After reaching here a small match box room was offered with dirty bed sheet, long broken hairs, dirty bathroom, every thing was terrible. my wife decided to stay in the same room but after calling the booking person from reception. no phone was offered for calling at reception. after a short conversation a well furnished room was offered for stay. no tea at 10:28 pm. no tea before 7 am. foul smell in the gallery and in rooms. room freshener was sprayed after the request
overall a bad experience. advice to all- check before checking in. dont pre book.

We came from Katra to Jammu for a one stay and sightseeing. The hotel is under Ibibo brand but the room given to us was not kept well. Their were cockroaches and bathroom door was broken. The service was ok
It is located in the market area so convienent to shop and for food. Close to Raghunathji temple. Please visit Amristari ki Hatti for chole puri and lassi.
We went to Suchetgarh which is one of the India Pakistan border and this was the highlight of the trip. Rest many temples visited, Bahu fort ,aquarioum were ok.

room was too small to even move around. we had to ask to change the room which was given to us as the AC was not working. the towels which were given to us were first lying on the floor near the staircase and I had to ask them to give me the fresh ones again. service was more than terrible. food was not palatable.

Hotel Jammu International is located near to Raghunath temple in the heart of Jammu city. The hotel is average in terms of amenities with nothing exceptional to mention. It is Ok for stay on a budget trip.

I have visited this hotel on 03rd july 16 but really very bad hotel.with lot of cockroch it was on the bed and very bad smell whi h unable us to sleep complain to duty manager but no action been taken and service.staff went to sleep without solving the problem room.service ia very bad, lift is only working from.ground to up.but if i want to use lift up u will not able to
