We only went to this sister hotel t ours for coffee and to meet our representative but it was obvious that this was an amazing hotel. The entrance hall had a wonderful nativity scene and all the tables were decorated with .Christmas baubles. The little shop was well stocked.

Over the years we’ve been to all three Adrian hotels. All are great and offer their own personality. This one has great staff and is very well located - close to shopping / stone throw from beach.

Want to unwind in luxury this is the place to do it. Our second visit, first since refurb, The Nivaria sends you into complete relaxation mode sitting around the heated outdoor pool with the occasional dip to cool down, heaven. The buffet bar is something to behold choice of food keeps you on the move trying to make up your mind what to choose. The staff as usual fantastic. Easy access to the promenade along the sea front with lots of shopping opportunities. The only picky things no longer free tea making in the room and no door to the toilet area of the fab bathrooms. We will return.

we stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2017. the place is fantastic and we could not ask for a better say. The hotel is spotless, the staff are very friendly and helpful. it is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax in luxury but also in a great location.

Just returned from a magical first family holiday in Jardin de Nivarro hotel and what a place to have spent a special holiday.
It really ticks all the boxes and more than deserves its 5 stars I would even go as far to say based on some of the staff and they way they interact another star can be added.
Our junior suite was just perfect and ideal for our needs with a one year old , given we were on her sleep schedule and there were no late nights the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and sea was the ideal place to have a drink when she was asleep. The space the room had also was great and we did not feel in the least bit claustrophobic in the room.
Housekeeping were excellent each day making the room feel like new again.
All facilties were top notch , pool , restaurants , wifi etc , I can't fault anything
The stand out aspect for us during the stay were the staff in particular Andreas , Iria, Miguel and Omar the chef in the restaurant.
Each time we came for our meals they gave us the nicest welcome and especially made a fuss of our little one year old. Given it was our first trip with her we were nervous eating out that she would be ok and they could not have been nicer. Always making her smile and laugh , and Iria even managed to have a full blown conversation with her in some baby talk and Spanish , which one couldn't but laugh at.
Having worked in a hotel myself I know the constant demands of dealing with the public , let's just say it's not easy but these staff members in particular make it look so and obviously enjoy their work.
They are a credit to the hotel and it will be a stand out memory of how nice they were to us and our little girl during our week stay and for that I would say a sincere thank you.
We really hope to visit this excellent hotel again in the near future
