The rooms are very well maintained and the cost per night stay is also reasonable. There is a restaurant in the hotel with good number of food options. The taste is good especially Thali. The guests are well received.

Jaya Hotel in Kakinada is the oldest star hotel still in existence. The quality of food is really very good serving only Veg. food. The interior need to be renovated as the same is very old now. Need prior booking as very familiar to locals.

Went to daspalla kakinda for lunch. Food quality was good nd was served hot. Place a little congested. A decent place in kakinda for thali. The thali cost is not over priced. There is a wait time during peak hours. Wish the place was more spacious.

Jaya Residency is the best hotel in the Kakinada town for eating food. The dishes here are very tasty. Specially Thali is very good.The rooms in the hotel are also good and clean but the hotel is bit costly.

Jaya Residency is the best hotel which suits every budget. This is a hotel belonging to DASPALLA group and is Centrally located in town with 7 floor building. Restaurant serve only veg food. Excellent South Indian food and it also serves thali unlimited food which is very good. Rooms are airy and have a very good view of the city.
