We stayed at this place in the first week of Oct. We had very bad experience. We booked
this hotel via a hotel tripnetra site and there was no communication between hotel and booking site. As per website we have provided advance information about our expected check in time as 12 AM- 6 AM. We went to hotel at around 3 AM but the door were locked. We had to shout to ask security staff to open the doors and literally had to fight with hotel representative about our booking. After talking to tripnetra customer support over phone we were offered a change room in marriage hall located within hotel, whereas we booked a standard double room which is about 800/- per night. We were offered the actual room next day morning but during checkout hotel rep was demanding for additional amount. He was rude and didn't know how to talk with customers.
NO WORTH FOR MONEY. IF YOU BOOK THROUGH ANY HOTEL BOOKING WEBSITE, PLEASE CALL HOTEL AND GET CONFIRMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKING.
Note: The only Pro about this hotel is its located near to temple.

good hotel next lane to temple , earlier the room was clean but bedsheets and blankets need to be changed they are too old .. bathrooms need to be cleaned and maintained well

I stayed in this hotel last week for a night when visited the temple. Rooms are big. The blankets provided was not washed and stinking. I requested for another washed bed sheet. The staff was not at all professional and did not know any other language other than telugu. While checking out i had to wait for 35 min for the receptionist to come and settle my bill as he had gone out for his food and nobody else was available. No restaurant. Since the temple is just walking distance this place is ok for a night.

the room is neat and clean, toilet is okay with hot water. A/c in working condition. good for one night stay in the town. No restaurant in the hotel, but there is a Saravana Bhavan closeby. Walking distance to temple.

I visited this hotel on Oct 1st. .. since the temple is just a 200 meter walk from this hotel, or served the purpose. Accommodation was just ok.. and boring great about the hotel. Staff converse only in telugu. We did stay here for a day and 4 hours for which I paid 2 days charge. It was disappointing since the hotel staff could have atleast charged 50% days rate for the extra 4 hours. Hour water facility is good. Hotels coffee is superb.
