I have stayed at the Hotel Jen two times and enjoyed my stays very much. The location is great, right next to Roma Street Train Station, close walk to the CBD, and the Transcontinental Hotel is across the street, if you get thirsty. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Give it a go if you are in the area.

Had a fabulous stay at Hotel Jen in Brisbane. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious enough for me and my two younger children.. Everything was so close and within walking distance to the mall and train station right next door so I was very happy with our stay there.. I will definitely be staying there again.

I work in the city and had a concert to attend and found an online voucher for this hotel. Was nothing special although there was a horrible scent in the lift foyer on the restaurant level were someone had vomited. Even though it has been redone by shangri la there is no hiding it is a very old building with rickety lifts and dated walls and decor

I have stayed at Hotel Jen twice now and have been happy both times.
It is a convenient hotel to the CBD, trains, buses and Southbank with the beautiful Parklands just behind the hotel.
Staff helpful, friendly and efficient!

Hotel is located near the train station and stadium. All within walking distance. Close to Queen st Mall and river attractions. Large rooms with a seating area. Loved the restaurant on site. Nest is the best. Wished I lived in Brisbane so I could visit often. Would definitely stay here again for the location and amenities on site. Staff were very helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem. Had a room overlooking the Main Street, so didn't hear any noise from the trains. Would stay here again.
