I have lived there for extended durations in the past. Feels pretty much like home to me while I am in Delhi.
Other than the fact that they don't have a full scale kitchen, everything else is very good.
Perfect location across Lodhi Gardens, well behaved staff and yes a good collection of books

Very well located, neat and clean well maintained property at South Delhi's Lutyn zone. It was a nice maintained neat and clean rooms that could be booked online or on phone. The location is very convenient and central. However, there is NO regular restaurant but food can be ordered from local outlets.
Expensive for what it is

Room decor was tired and breakfast poor for the price. The bed and bathroom were ok but not of a standard that I would expect of a place advertising itself as 'boutique'.
With a bit more attention it could be so much better as the location is great opposite Lodhi Gardens which are lovely.
Good rooms that's all

The location of this property is superb. The room I stayed in (Number 12) was spacious; so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was subdued. One power point was available for either the mini fridge or the heater (in winter).
The bath was basic and the only item of toiletry was a miniscule, poor quality soap. Luckily, I always carry my own stock.
What was below expectation, in relation to the tariff, was the service. Breakfast was basic and all other meals had either to be ordered or taken at the market nearby. The service of the night shift was better than the day shift!
I had an unusual experience of being asked to vacate a day before my date of departure, as entered in the register and not objected to at the time of checking in. Guests are advised to re-check this when they go.
Parking is available on the road outside the property.
Nothing special

This is a rather modest place and a bit hard to find. The rooms seem to vary. Mine was very basic but a friend had a larger and nicer room. Staff were courteous and helpful although several did not speak much English. Breakfast was uninspired- white bread and eggs. No fruit. Cleanliness was adequate. Location was great for the Lodhi Gardens. It seemed rather expensive for what you got.
