I arrived to the hotel late on the 13th of October and was welcomed in by night staff and shown to our room. The room was clean and very spacious which i was extremley happy about.
In the morning the view from the hotel was absolutely amazing. We were literally meters away from the juan beach (around a minutes walk) and many other amenities.
The josse team directed us on any information, especially travel links such as trains and buses and was extremley help.
There was always clean towels and sheets, wardrobe space and aircon, wifi and various tv channels available.
Juan is very very beautiful and only 20 mins by train from Cannes.
Upon check i was pleased to find that the cost we paid for the stay was excellent and worth it.
I hope to visit juan les pins next year and will stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is terrific. Don't be deceived by exterior appearances - the architecture may be dated, but inside, it is quite modern. Spacious rooms, nice beds, lovely balcony on the 2nd floor, great bathrooms, safe, refrigerator, coffee. The street noise is a fair trade for being across from the beach. And at night it is quiet. Great choice!

My family and I have been visiting Cap D'Antibes and the vicinity for many years staying both in villas and in hotels, but our stay at Hotel Josse will remain in our memories as someplace very special!
We discovered this hotel, across from tranquil Plage de la Salis, where Antibes meets Cap D'Antibes, while walking one afternoon.
We decided to reserve a room for our last week on the Riviera as a trial for future visits. We were not disappointed! Jacques at the reception was very hospitable and friendly and reserved a room for us on the 2nd floor facing the sea (all rooms face the sea).
Upon checking in a week later, we were greeted like old friends and check-in was very quick. We were shown to our retro modern room which was well appointed and extremely clean. The view can only be explained as MAGNIFICENT! We felt as if we had stepped back in time to the Riviera of the 1950s. This neighborhood in Antibes is the most relaxed and genteel locale we have seen in our travels in the region, with lovely views of the beach, cozy cafes and restaurants and a definite Rat Pack vibe.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely hospitable, helping us with a bevy of issues and not one time was our request denied! M. Romain, the general manager was a joy making sure our stay at the hotel was remarkable.
Upon checking out, Laureen at the reception was very accommodating allowing us to stay a bit longer after the official check out time so that we may pack up a few last minute purchases.
There was only one thing that was disappointing - unfortunately we had to depart for home.

Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Josse for making our stay the very best. The hotel is kept immaculate all the time and the rooms are just right. This is the 2nd time in 3 years we have stayed here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a family feeling with a super hotel. After your day on the beach you can chill in the air con rooms. Samples a glass of rose in the lounge area and chill.
Love it, what a great time.

I'm so glad we stayed at this hotel. It was fairly small, attractive, immaculate and friendly. It's across the street from the beach which is particularly nice early morning. Wonderful ice cream etc. stand at the beach with great milkshakes.. We were staying for three and a half weeks, so we took a suite where we used the second room as our dressing and storage room. The bathroom was excellent and modern, Plenty of towels and very attractive rooms and very comfortable. The people working there are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good, and they even got me some gluten free bread. I will gladly stay there again. Wifi could be improved.
