As the Hotel had only recently reopened for the season we expected everything to be working. However the bath handrail was broken in room 114 and the extractor in the bathroom did not work meaning the mirror steamed up when having a shower. This was reported to reception who said no problem but was not fixed in the 10 days we were there.
It got warmer during our stay and because of the heat at night and the mosquitoes we decided to try the air conditioning but despite setting to minimum temperature it just blew warm air around the small room.
Being diabetic l require somewhere to store insulin but there was no fridge in the room which i find amazing in this day and age. l was offered a space in the bar fridge. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
At breakfast staff were busy setting up for dinner at 9am while many people were still looking for a table and had to find there own cutlery etc. Staff were slow to replenish Hot food which was never hot, So glad we were only B&B

We spent few days there, located just cross tiny boardwalk to strand. The mattresses were perfect, one thing you find usually not very desirable in such hotels and wake up with pain on lower back, restroom were pretty neat and clean as well. Breakfast were pretty good but the dinner It wasn't as good as it should be. The only problem which I shared with frontdesk as well was internet connection which was very poor, and while we were there I could used it for few minutes, other than that the whole staff were very professional,helpful, friendly, and we really enjoyed our time over there. Just back from JS Can Picafort.Location of the hotel is great.Oposit my room lovely view on the beach.Aircon not working but not need it every day.One socket in the room only.Food very good and lovely loung area for relax.Im planning back to this hotel in May.

A hotel should have two emissions: 1) respect for private guests and 2) the feeling of being at home. Well these two qualities demonstrates this hotel. Very friendly waiters of which two must be mentioned in my view, Jesus and Anastasia, not that others are less, but still ... the little extra. The cleaning group do their work over properly. In your room you will find a card with the name for whom you room is directly in charge. The kitchen certainly worth mentioning. Each well cared for. The ratio for this hotel price quality definitely ok. already at the reception you will find a friendly welcome. The location is very good, right on the sea. I would say a place to be.

Ist time stay in the JS and have to say it was well worth the money. We booked bead and breakfast for 12 days. Hotel is good, food was great but then we only had breakfast.
My only compliant was the rooms were a bit on the small side but in fairness to JS we could have upgraded our room. The beach was right across from the hotel and was a good size, great for swimming and snorkeling.
Ca'n Picafort is a good resort not to busy but enough going on and certainly no larger louts which is always a bonus. I would have no problem booking again for next year, great holiday.
