My overall review is about KK Residency, Coimbatore is that the hotel room is quite safe and comfortable, but there are lot of bugs and fan not fast and other things have to be addressed, because the room service is also not that good.

total waste it will destroy the cleartrip goodwill. Telephone is not working, no night lamp, flush is not working. If we complaint in the reception but there is no proper answer. staff is good but maintenance is very poor

Rs 500 for a double bed room for a day. The hotel room was neat and clean. The hotel staff was polite. One will find lot of restaurants outside the hotel and the central bus terminal is near by so travelling is also convenient.

I booked a deluxe room through Clear Trip. When I checked in, I was a given an ordinary room with dirty walls and a dirty toilet. The white bed linen and towels had faded into yellow due to repeated use over a long period of time. The floor was mosaic and dirty. It was only after strong protest that I was given a better room., But I had to wait for one hour before I could do that. The receptionist knew that the room given to me orignally was regular and not deluxe and he was trying to cheat me.

Though Hotel was booked through Cleartip , it was a very bad experience . when we tried to checkin Hotel person made us wait for more than a hour , informing us that they have not received the confirmation from Cleartrip. when I tried to reach Cleartrip Customer support numbers , there was no response . I had to fight with the hotel person to get the accomidation
