Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and had not so memorable experience.It is an old worn out hotel which has lost its glory.But still you find good occupancy maybe because of few loyal guests. No proper room service and they are leat bothered like a typical govt Guest House.Rooms are very old and BATHROOMS are also very poorly maintained.
Only Plus point is location but at same rate you have much better hotels around.
I think hotel needs immediate remake of infrastructure as per current standards.

Once a very famous hotel and was a meeting place for the cine Industry of Karnataka. Many Theatres used to be around this hotel. It is located at a very busy place in Gandhi Nagar, very close to the Main Bus terminus and the City Railway Junction. The rooms are spacious and the interiors are very old. Its high time they revamp the whole place. A restaurant Shivalli is attached to this hotel and serves good quality food. It also has ample car parking space.

This is bang in the middle of Gandhinagar and is close to the market and the Rail Station, Bus Station.
It has seen days of glory.
The restaurant serves good food
The khara baatth is awesome , coffee is good.

Nice for midday meals and breakfast. Had food here. Not so tasty. Price does not complement food quality. We had breakfast , South Indian breakfast like dosa , vada are served. Hotel is quite clean and service is good..

Horrible smell in room (moth balls/naphtaline). First night a group of males was yelling throughout the night and early in de morning after this, staff was yelling. Second night staff was yelling and listening to loud music. Very noisy overall. We checked in around 7.30 am, this was no problem at the time but during check out they wanted us to pay for an extra night (because we checked in before 12). Eventually we did not pay for this.
The room was clean, newspaper in the morning, hot shower in the morning and afternoon (not at night) and centrally located. Nice soft beds.
