Bad place to stay. Very unhygenic. Staff not present at every floor. The only comfort is that it is very near to pune railway station. They even charge you for lost key card. The food is overpriced and horrible.

This place is really amazing, it is really close to the Railway station and also just 30 mins of maximum drive to the airport
Apart from the good location the services were also excellent, and there are a lot of food outlets around the hotel, which allows you to a get a taste of the locality

The hotel was good and at walking distance from station. Also it is centrally located. The rooms are neat & Clean. The staff is courteous but not well informed about hotel facilities. The hotel offers free drop facility to airport and the receptionist mentioned that it is chargeable. Next morning with the change of duty of receptionist the facility was offered free of charge. The food is average.

Kapila Business hotel is situated at good place hence easy to reach any where in Pune city. Breakfast menu is delicious and having variety. Dinner is not upto mark. Staff is co-operative and energetic. Bathroom is hygienic. many a time their television does not work and we have to call for the assistance. Hotel have to keep a manual for operating television. ambiance of road side rooms are attractive.
Overall stay is value for money and time.

We stayed here for two nights and can say that the service was good and staff we faced was courteous. Good room service as they catered to some of our specific requests. Food taste was average. Breakfast spread was good, although again the food taste was average.
Room was equipped with basic needs and the bathroom was a bit small. Good supply of hot water always. Location is good (near railway station) and there are plenty of eateries on a walking distance.
For us, breakfast was complimentary and Wifi was free. Although wifi was very slow and we relied on our mobile data itself.
All in all, a decent hotel with basic amenities. Good for a short stay.
