I have been here for 2 Nights 18 the and 19 April.
I was there first I found water was dripping from the AC
Second there was mouse which makes lots of noise
Third there was cockroaches.
For the safety purposes I would like to inform the management they should not keep the geyser on the top of Water closet because it's so dangerous, it has to be aside in the bathroom.
Staff was really not taking care, as I had entitled for dinner and breakfast package in my room the food they served it was taste less, Dal makhani which I found so bitter, I never had in my life like that.
Definitely Never​ prefer to stay.
I have submitted a review before but which was not published since last 10 days that's what I need to do it again.

The room itself was comfortable , though the bed creaked ! They need to put shower curtains . There was no provision of a clothes iron . One thing I never understand is why don't the hotels have some basic stay amenities for drivers . After all they are human beings and need rest and a good night"s sleep.

Kings hotel in Jalandhar OYO Booking Id: Zwes9685 just denied my wife and I a room, assuming we were unmarried! Sherlock at the reception guessed by looking at us!
They lied to me saying they provide room exclusively to corporate guests! Had I know I would have provided my original govt issued marriage certificate to verify. I don't understand why sick people had to lie to customers. I had to roam around with my unwell wife in search of another room! Terrible experience. Be brave and ask next time instead of guessing.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. It has good ambiance and provide good hospitality. A little bit more improvement in rooms facilities and infrastructure is required. Dinning experience is very good
