Booked into the Travelodge for a couple of nights when visiting Stratford.
Enjoyed our stay. a friendly efficient receptionist booked us in, and the rooms were as we have come to expect from Travelodge, ie clean, warm and comfortable. No complaints about the bathroom either.
Excellent value for money, recommended to all.
A bit out of the Centre, but not too expensive by taxi. If you arrive by train, and want to walk to the hotel, turn left out of the station along the road. Quickest route by far

Overall not a good experience. Bed was broken. Not enough sockets and stupidly placed. Dirty cups in room. Shower cubicle a hazard. Duvet cover not correctly fitted on duvet, had to remake bed myself. No staff around to complain to

Overall this was a pleasant stay. The staff were particularly friendly and efficient. the room was adequately comfortable and clean. Good value for a budget stay. The breakfast was basic but wholesome (and plenty of it). I felt valued as a customer.

Stayed one night Midweek and arrived about 20 mins early, no problem at all, nice service on reception.
Room was large but very basic, not even a bedside table, used the plastic chair as a replacement. Tv on wall was as small as you could get, room was warm enough and shower was very good.
Decided to eat in the canteen like dining area, very very poor food options and the end result was as expected. No draught beers within the bar, bottles only, can’t see why this chain doesn’t copy it’s successfull competitors as a nice dining bar area brings people back.
Decent nights sleep, left early with no staff to be seen on departure.

The staff here are friendly and notice individuals - not just me, I have seen them take note of others as well. It's not a posh, luxury pad but the bed is comfy, the room is large enough, the TV works and the shower/bathroom facility is clean and functional. It's a good place to stay.
