Staying here from last 3 days.check in was smooth and good + neat rooms .staff is courtoes.good environment and nice rooftop restrant they have. Breakfast was also served on the rooftop only.I am happy staying here and next time also it will be rupam Kingston .thank u team

We reached New Delhi Airport super late. We were so tired and wanted to reach hotel as soon as possible, it’s great that the hotel location is easy to find.
Warm welcoming staff, always ready to help out with our requirements.
The room along with the bathroom is really neat and clean.
So comfy!

walked into this hotel near the car market in karol bagh. Luckily found a good sized room. I got room number 102. Though mineral water bottle was missing, i got one as soon as i called for it. Breakfast served on the rooftop , food and seating both were good. Overall good property

Rooms here are very nice, clean and tidy according to the price we paid. Welcoming staff and punctual airport shuttle service. Upon arrival, we were immediately assisted with our luggage. They were very courteous. They offered tour services too, and, were very inquisitive but not very pushy which is good and makes you feel comfortable.
Shower works perfectly fine. Hot and cold water completely working. We didn't encounter any problems during our 3 nights stay. The hotel is situated just 5-10 minutes walk from Karol Bagh metro station and another 5 minutes walk to a very busy market. If you're looking for a cheap and clean budget hotel, this is the one for you!

After a hectic trip to Jaipur,i stayed here on my way bak and used booking.com.
Rooms were good in size and well maintained. the tangy citrus fragrance while entering the premises was superb and different. breakfast options are a okay..but they can include some more options too. but the meal was sumptuous.service was prompt.
