A clean hotel , though rooms are a bit small , but well done up . Good food quality , fast room service . Easy check in and check out . Average sleep quality because the only drawback is that it is situated in a rush area , so you end up hearing traffic sounds , even when your room windows are closed.

While the common infra of the hotel seems good and the breakfast is worth staying for. Not too spread out but good by any standards. Service is also on and the staff is really polite and helping and hospitable. Everyone spoke gently and greeted with smile d served with passion. The rooms are little outdated specially the bathrooms. WC are broken and showers are way too outdated. Very basic like a 2 star or no category hotel. Toilettories are also of very low standard. I had to refrain from using shampoo and moisturiser provided as they seemed like pulled out of some expired bottles. Hot water supply is good and wash basin are too small. Room lighting is sufficient however the air conditioning is again ancient.

A simple hotel, clean and comfortable, that offers cheerful and caring service. A quaint banquet hall that was bright and cheerful, with committed and sincere banquet staff.
For the foody traveller the meagre buffet menu may be somewhat disappointing. One glitch was when I asked for a couple of phulkas for dinner, they said phulkas would take time to make and that they wanted me to have rotis instead. So I ended up eating rotis. Barring this one jarring note, the overall hospitality was commendable and the experience enjoyable.

Myself along with my family stayed at Hotel Kiranshree Portico for 2 days while coming back from Shillong. Although I had booked the room in advance, but I did not had to pay anything for the same. Paid the bill at the time of check out only. We had an overall good experience during our stay. The buffet spread of the complimentary breakfast was nice. Otherwise also the food served in the White Pearl restaurant was delicious although slightly overpriced. Mr Peter from the Front Desk helped us to identify places worth visiting that can be covered during our short stay. Look forward to stay in the same hotel during my next visit.

We had visited the restaurant in June and found the hotel to be very nice, clean with warm hospitality. The ambience of the restaurant is very beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the live band, because it was their off-day. The food is delicious, presentation is good. The food is a bit pricy, but that is obvious looking at the property.
The car parking is ample. We were provided with umbrellas to reach our car, since it was raining. That was a good gesture.. The restaurant didn't have wi-fi, or was not provided to us. They said it was available only for the staying guests.
