Overall Good experienced we collected while our stay at Hotel KLG International. Its not royal and big hotel but located in commercial complex, at our journey to Chandigarh we had booked this hotel, hotel location was extremely suitable for me. it was very easy to connect all famous and my wish area. enough space out side the hotel for parking easily available transportation services, hotel interior was good and cleaning was also maintained. Ground staff of the hotel were very helpful and co operated. Room which proved to us was specious and comfortable for stay, sleeping quality was totally perfect. overall enjoyed.

All backside rooms are damp, and front rooms are always booked if you go with a pre-booking. Breakfast is just not ok, and dinner is fine but repetitive with no change even for a day. TV didn't work for any days, but day staff were generally good. Rooms in general are cleanly prepared though. Wash rooms are pretty small

I happened to stay at KLG for a day, which got extended because of trains getting cancelled. It is a nice property, centrally located with decent sized rooms. The overall service is also OK with decent staff. But the biggest challenge I faced was the maintenance. The water was dirty and had to use bottled water to brush.
Food - First day - Keema Naan and gravy - Really nice - to an extent we had to order same dish several times.
Next Day Breakfast - The buffet was not very lavish,limited options, neither the quality of food was great.
The biggest disappointment was Dinner - We had invited few friends and had ordered Chinese. The food was far away from what you call tasty.
Such a good property can be made travellers' wonderland

Nice location. Very cosy. Generally nice staff and people. Good for children. Staff gets hassled easily though. The issue is of general maintenance and upkeep. Water supply during my stay was dirty. For two days it was not rectified. It could be a one time issue. AC wasn't effective. Ceiling fans and wall fans were there in some rooms.
Had to wash my face with bottled water. Bathroom needs an upgrade.
Food taste wasn't that great. I don't think I'll go back.

wonderful place for drink, dine and parties.. i was there approximately 4-5 times, always occupied due to their best service. no issue of parking .. good rooms and nice atomosphere. will recommend everyone, must discuss dicount???
