We visited Nainital in May'17 and our travel coordinator had booked us in this hotel. It is situated on the Mall road opposite the Naini lake. The first thing that we encountered on reaching there was a climb of around 70 steps that lead to the hotel. However rest all was a good experience for us. The staff carries your luggage to your room. Rooms have balconies outside and offer beautiful views of the Naini lake. The rooms are basic but tidy. Breakfast was good.Being peak season they mostly had buffet dinner. On a couple of occasions when we were exhausted we ordered from the room service, the food served was hot and nice and timely.
So barring the climb to the hotel which makes it unsuitable to senior citizens, it is a good budget hotel with great views & good food.

Excellent hotel of this class. Hotel was very clean as well as the room.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. My stay was absolutely perfect.
From the kind, courteous and professional staff, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas and the beatiful view from the lake facing room my experience was nothing less than exceptional.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting this area, and would recommend to others.

We stayed here for two nights, coming from Chaukori on our way back to Delhi. The hotel, as the name suggests, is right on the mall. Our rooms were on the third floor and third floor does not really mean third since to get to the hotel, you have to climb equivalent to another three floors. Coming from the mall road to the hotel, we got tired and then again climbed three floors to our rooms.
But once you get there and stand on the balcony and look at the Tal, ahhhhhhhh! What a view!! It is worth climbing six floors to get such a view really.
Restaurant is good, food is good, hotel staff are good and the view is superb! I felt sorry that only after two nights we had to move out. It is a place where even a week is not sufficient.

Rooms are spacious, and have a balcony as well that faces Naini Lake, which is a beautiful sight. Located on Mall Road, it is a short walk from Naina Devi temple. Location and amenities are good, only concern is the 50-60 steps that one has to climb to reach the hotel. Number of plug points in a room is one/two so preferably carry a three-pin plug with you for charging multiple devices at once.

They do not provide parking facility neither free nor paid. Even they dnt have facilities for drivers too. Trip advisor shows " free parking". So even they need to update it on their web site. We were misguided.
