The overall rating I gave of average was maybe a bit harsh but I didn't believe it rated very good and as there is no good, average was the nearest. Located at the quieter end of the beach where there are a lot of very reasonably priced fish restaurants. Both Budva and Kotor very scenic places (esp Kotor) and with a good Bus service from Kotor there is plenty to see. There are a lot of Russians here - I am NOT saying this is good or bad - merely an observation. Second language would seem to be Russian therefore but nearly all menus in English and Hotel reception speak English so no big deal. Only real neg point was that when we asked for a blanket they gave us 2 baby type blankets to go with the small sheets!

A very pleasant hotel with a magic view. Clean, comfortable. But above all, extremely friendly staff, making all their best to make you feel welcome and well treated. Definitely, this hotel will remain our first choice for our next visits. Well done !

We stayed here over 10 days. It has great view of becici from Balcony and live jazz music ever evening from the next cafe. People working very kind, helpful and smiling. Very lucky To find such a place in becici beach

The rooms and bathroom were dirty and there was an awful smell inside. There wasn't hot water and reception wasn't available at night. They gave us twin rooms instead of double rooms we have booked before. The info page mentioned that hotel was renovated but it was really old and rickety. We have booked for four nights, but could stay only one. During our early check out we were told that the manager was busy and he refused talking to us about our complaints. The hotel didn't meet any of our expectations and we will not pass by this place again..
The view of terraces at night was good.

Prepaid booking, the staff did not give the room because they did not know our coming! They agreed to give a room if we pay again.
In fact, there was a fax on our arrival about half a day before we arrived.
A new excuse was told that the fees are too cheap and they will not give us a pre-booked and paid room. The manager was rude. Staff have not learned how to solve the problems.
Prepaid booking has more expensive about 100 € for four nights for us.
Poor breakfast, ants in the bathroom, broken shower, slow wifi, indoor pool was dirty
I travel many times a year, but this is the worst experience
The only good thing is the view.
