On arrival, we noticed that the 3rd bed intended for our daughter was broken with slats missing. When this was pointed out to the Receptionist, her reaction was to panic. blame her colleagues, and say that little could be done about it. The issue was eventually resolved but this was to be the tone of our stay. Most of the staff seem to be devoid of a 'can do' attitude. The room itself was extremely basic, required renovation and thorough cleaning. The sloping ceilings on the second floor make the standing room fairly limited, especially for 3 people. Communal areas similarly needed to be attended to. Considering the price (120 Euros per night) , you would expect a higher standard of accommodation and service. In addition, there is no lift., making the unloading and loading of luggage difficult. The restaurant was also closed for 2 days of our stay because of the 15 August 'bank holiday'. And pity about the building site next door! On a more positive note, the breakfast was adequate and there was ample parking.

Location too far from town but at least free parking. Room had cobwebs over bed and the shower head was broken. Staff was very friendly and check in was gas and easy. This place is ready for some renovation.

Siamo stati lì per il ponte del 25 aprile. Leggermente delocalizzato rispetto al paese ma molto comodo se si viaggia in auto! Supermercato a 50m! Personale cordialissimo e camere confortevoli! 126€ per due notti in camera matrimoniale non sono neanche tanti! Altamente consigliato!
We've been there during the (italian) holiday period of the 25th of April! Just a bit decentralised, but very comfortable if you travel by car! There's also a supermarket only 50m far! The staff is very kind and rooms are really comfortable! 126€ for two nights in a double room are not that much! Highly suggested!

We stayed here while visiting Annecy. It is too far from the train station. Costed us 35 euros to get there.
There are no restaurants etc at walking distance to the hotel, so you need to dine in the hotel's restaurant, which we did not, so we had to find a super market which again was hefty taxi ride to and fro. The rooms are great for the money we paid with good size bathroom and good wifi. The Air Con was lousy though, but weather was on our side so not complaining.
I recommend the hotel required you are driving to this place on your own as Annecy is a town you must see at night too.

We stayed for two nights in July and although the hotel could do with a bit of a facelift it was comfortable and convenient. We drove down into Annecy and parked in a side street as parking was expensive and we also visited the gorge which was only around 10km away. The hotel served a good breakfast but as it was the weekend the restaurant and bar were closed so I can't advise on the dinner menu. The room, although a bit on the small side, had air-conditioning which we were very grateful for as it was very hot. The bathroom was adequate but needed a new loo seat which had yellowed quite unattractively and new seal around the shower screen. The bed was comfortable with good cotton bedding. All in all it was fine for a couple of days and the reasonable rate reflected the overall standard of the hotel.
